How Big? Guess the Size

These terms cover your use of How Big? Guess the Size (the "app"), published by Lucas Agency (The Lucas Agency GmbH). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA) below.
Unless we provide a custom licence, your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula . If anything in these terms conflicts with that agreement for a matter it covers, the Apple EULA controls.
How Big? Guess the Size is a single-player guessing game. You may use it for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Don't reverse-engineer, redistribute, or attempt to extract the app's content (artwork, level data) for use outside the app.
"Remove ads" is a one-time, non-consumable purchase: you pay once and it applies for as long as you use the app on that App Store account, on any of your devices. If you reinstall the app or switch devices, use Settings → Restore purchases to bring it back at no extra cost. Purchases are processed and billed by Apple under your Apple ID's payment method; refunds are handled by Apple per their own policies.
The app is provided "as is". We work to keep level data and object sizes accurate, but real-world measurements can vary by source, and we don't guarantee the app is error-free or uninterrupted.
Nothing in these terms limits any statutory consumer rights you have under German law or the law of your country of residence, including your rights around defective digital content and withdrawal, where applicable.
We may update these terms as the app changes. We'll update the effective date above when we do.
