How Big? Guess the Size ("the app") is published by Lucas Agency (The Lucas Agency GmbH) ("we", "us", "the publisher"). This policy explains what data the app and its third-party services process, why, and what choices you have. The app has no user accounts — nothing here is tied to your identity by name.
Your game progress and settings (levels played, best scores and stars, sound/haptics/appearance preferences, and whether you've purchased "Remove ads") are stored only on your device, using Apple's on-device storage (AsyncStorage). We never see this data and it never leaves your device except as part of an iOS/iCloud device backup you control.
Unless you've purchased "Remove ads", the app shows ads served by Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK). To serve and measure ads, Google and its advertising partners may process:
In the EEA, UK and Switzerland, a consent form (Google's User Messaging Platform, "UMP") asks for your choices before any personalised advertising is shown, in line with the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework. You can review or change your ad privacy choices at any time in Settings → Ad privacy choices in the app. On iOS, you can also change or revoke tracking permission any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on your device.

The one-time "Remove ads" purchase is a non-consumable in-app purchase processed by Apple. To verify and restore that purchase across your devices, the app uses RevenueCat, which processes your purchase receipt and an anonymous, app-specific user ID — not your name, email or payment details. Apple handles payment itself; we never see your card details. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy and Apple's own privacy documentation for how each of them handles this data.
How Big? Guess the Size is not directed at children under 13. Its App Store age rating is set in App Store Connect based on Apple's content questionnaire.
If you're in the EEA, UK or Switzerland, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your data, and to data portability, subject to the limits of what we actually hold (see above — mostly nothing tied to you personally). Our legal bases are: your consent for personalised advertising (withdrawable any time in Ad privacy choices), contract performance for processing your purchase, and our legitimate interest in showing non-personalised ads and preventing fraud/abuse. On-device data stays on your device until you delete the app or use Settings → Reset progress. Data processed by Google and RevenueCat is retained according to their own retention policies, linked above.
